Did the game launch with her having silver hair and they changed it back right away or what?
I've seen a lot of stuff with that hair, but when I started playing at the end of Dec 2023, she had dark brown(? black?) hair.
I'm aware it may change for story reasons (I'm currently mid-act2), but it feels like a lot of promo art and stuff like this imply the game launched with Silver-hair Shart...

There's an 'Addled Frog' in a marsh with a mucous membrane that reflects spells. I believe if you try to talk to it with Speak to Animals ritual it's screaming in pain. Deadly earlygame boss if you don't know what you're doing.

It's one of the hags victims and you do not need to fight it, if you kill the hag frog will be happy and it will lead you to treasure. But if you try to speak to it before killing hag and make bad choices then... well its interesting way to commit suicide :)
