Thank you Abby! For me, this class was the perfect balance between being nice and easy to follow but also a proper workout for feet, ankles and legs! I was also super excited to see that you are using Bloch Dramatica. I recently got a pair of those and I'm in love. Just for curiosity, do you use the same size on these as in non-stretch shoes, like Bloch Heritage?

So glad you like it! And no, not the same size at all. Back in the day, I was always a 4.5 XXX. Trying other shoes, I sometimes moved to a 5 XX more recently, but these are 6 XX! I really love them too!

Is that just a plain piece of wood? Is there something underneath?

In the past couple months we've been using portable sprung floors by O'Mara, which we highly recommend!
