I have definitely looked up Paul and Shark Yachting more than once and always thought it wasn't good.... Maybe that's my problem, I don't even know how to look up comps! lol 😂 Thanks for sharing the knowledge!
You’re right. The sell-through rate isn’t really good but the sale price seems to be decent across the board. I hadn’t checked comps in a while until now.

Sweet! And I think you’re looking at out promoted listing percent. Final value fees was 12.3% and promoted listing expense was 7.7%
January has been really good for us too! Listing 30/day.
Nice! We’re getting slaughtered this month because of our vacation haha. It’ll pick back up though cause we’re back on the grind. Usually do 30k a month but rn sitting around 21k. Goal is 40k by end of year a month!

I just picked up a pair of Southpole jeans. The baggy jeans trend is pushing the sell-through rate of these up. JNCO is another brand of baggy jeans to be on the lookout for.

I just started watching your videos and I really enjoy them. I was wondering why do you price your item at an odd dollar amount and not an even dollar amount
Thanks! No reason honestly. We just price them around comps but every month items get reduced 5% which makes the numbers odd

Do you all promote at 10% when the item is initially listed or do you wait to promote?
We just promote at the start but in the future I’m gonna run a long term experiment where we don’t promote the first 30 days and then switch on promoted. I think that strategy will increase margin with the same outcome in sales volume currently.

How do you ship a heavy leather jacket for $ 8.45?
If it fits in a padded envelope then we ship it that way but if not then we just ship it ground advantage!

I just picked up 6 UNTUCKit shirts -- for $3 each. Sort of regretting it now. I remember a time when they sold for good $.
$3 is not a bad price for them! They just sit a little longer is all but still sell for $18-$22 + ship on average for us. They use to sell for as much as mizzen and mains😂
@@kandmresell I picked up my first Mizzen+ Main as well. Don't know much about the brand, but thought I'd give it a shot. I've heard it mentioned over the years on videos.. We'll see! My 2 favorites recently were 2 Rhoback shirts. Sold within a day or 2 for great $.

Easiest way is to have them checkout and just send them a partial refund for the amount y’all agreed to.

Shipping discount is usually what I do or other.

Do I understand correctly that this is done in the Seller Hub, in the Orders (See all orders) section, there I indicate the product number and select the “send refund” option and there I indicate the reason “postage discount” and indicate the amount. Am I understanding everything correctly?
