That clutch mod is called removing the judder spring. If you have lots of miles on your clutch, replace all of the fiber plates (and the metal ones if they're burnt) with the stock plates (the regular sized plate in place of the thin plate/judder spring/special steel plate for the judder spring). This makes the slippy feel of the stock clutch much more predictable. Search UA-cam for CRF250L judder spring removal. I had to do the same thing for my CRF450x.
Honda uses the judder spring set up on lots of bikes for some reason. It seems like a weak point in the clutch that would wear quickly during hard off road use.
thats awesome , i already ordered the plates for a cbr250r , they are all the same size , that should do the trick .. dont know the state of my steel plates till i take it apart

How would you mod honda 300l Railly for TET ADV bike? I wish to ride TET Balkan but on light side. I wish to change back suspension and mybe some other things, but not to manny becouse i wish to spent monney for traveling with bike not rebuilding it
Most things I wanna do on this bike are minor .. I really don't like to go down the rabbit hole .
I have a drz that I plan on keeping. It I’m torn on a Yamaha t7 and Africa twin for my next bike. I want something I can ride far with gear and hit national parks.
However I want and e bike and a sur ron too. Haha.

lmao I was totally gonna say shim kit. Ummm, maybe spark plug, spark coil, fuel filter, oil filter (s)? I assume you can find chain there, but if there's some ultra fancy X ring one here that's supposed to last forever maybe it's worth experimenting with?
they have spark plugs there , cheap, the coil is new, hard to need one in 10k miles, i did get oil filters, they are 3 bucks here , and 15 bucks there , also air filter is 1/4 cheaper here in usa . Thank you China :D thanks for the comment
