I find that Syntronik is worth every penny. It just sounds fantastic because it really captures the accurate sound of vintage instruments but dynamically. I use nothing else for classic analog synth sounds because nothing else sounds quite as good. The rest of my gear is all focused on newer experimental digital/hybrid sounds- granular wavetable and stuff like that. Syntronik handles all of the old analog stuff along with my Toraiz AS-1 and Gadget.
One big positive here is you get the entirety of mixbox in the effects section. The FM/AM modulator, phonograph, and slicer effects are awesome.

I think calling it a Rompler is kinda doing it a disservice, given how much control you have over the sound shaping. It captures most of the oscilator configurations that you might reasonably use and gives you all of the shaping of filter, envs and lfo. And the quality of the sounds is top notch.
Also all the effects you get can bring it into another realm considering you get all of mixbox with it. The fm/am modules can really add a lot.
Anyone looking to grab these always wait to a group buy offer and you can get up to all of the synths for the price of one....
