This is a so vivid and wild morphing soundcluster! The beginning reminds me to a guitar intro sound of a well know band from Liverpool (I Feel Fine) but then it merges into some more modern soundscape. Absolutely great. Now I have to switch on my iPad since It's far too long ago since I used Animoog. 😎👍
I’ve recently sat down to write music again and pushed aside almost all of the synths I’ve bought in the last few years in favor of just 3 old ones that I know really well.
@@jasonlescalleet5611 Not even fun for me, just dopamine hits as a substitute for being disciplined enough to get similar results from existing tools. That's why so many of them quickly end up collecting dust. Time is a limited resource, and frankly no one has time to use 50-100 different synths.
I love getting new synths but I’ve concluded that WHAT you play is far more important than the sounds you play it with. Sure it’s great to have lots of sounds at your disposal, but the range you can get with 1-3 good synths will satisfy all but the most demanding of situations. Endless noodling on a modular might be fun, but when was the last hit song produced from that!
Great example Doug! Wonderfully ambient! Is this preset with an iap? I just went to check and didn’t see it on the list (I only have the base model with the freebie celestials pack)? Or is this something you came up with?
Thanks Doug.
Great sounds
I think Animoog Z is so beautiful and it’s beautiful to visually capture.

Makes you wonder, whether it's really necessary to keep buying synths.

Necessary? No. Fun? Yes.

I would like to know this too.
It’s a preset in the “Moog” group of patches.
@jpdenk oh dope thanks! I'll look for when I can sit down with it again!
Is this a preset or something you made?

@@jpdenkhi, are other patches available, if so where to get them?
