This is most certainly never gonna happen but it would be a dream come true if they let kusaka help write the anime. The anime doesent need to be pokespe, if its simply just as good as pokespe

Tsunekazu Ishihara, the CEO of The Pokemon Company once said, that the best thing about the Pokemon franchise is the multitude of media, among which fans who already know games will find something new and it will be completely different experience than what that fans have known so far.
If that's really their attitude then it's no wonder they just don't want to adapt this manga.
They want to keep this manga in its form to preserve its uniqueness.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I really want to watch the moment where Giovanni saved his son from being badly burned. Also I think that there could be a tiny chance they could make it a separate timeline to do it. They also should hire Studio Bones or Mappa to animate it just in case Nintendo decides to make the anime happen. Who knows? Maybe they'll change marketing plans??

That’s a good point. As much as we’d love it to get a spin-off side series, the key to those is that they were short, and unfortunately special/adventures just has far too much content at this point to get away with being a one-time side thing.
Yooo there's a chance we could get an adaptation in thE future cuz of pokemons new partnership with Netflix and them specifically saying in the direct yesterday,
"We are dedicated to adapting fan favorite stories and MANGA"!!

@@deinemuddatvfr understandable, but the manga has a sense of originality and maturity, which is the main story that everyone needs to experience per the Pokémon creator , it’s like re-structuring the whole story line from Naruto or One Piece to a worst version. Hope that makes sense 😅

I'd love for there to be a Pokemon Adventures anime it's my favorite iteration of the Pokemon story from the games but that dream sadly died a long time ago
I adore the manga, anime, and games. I have fond memories of reading pokemon special online in late middle school and early high school back in 2008 and 2009. I was a bit annoyed by the english releases of the manga censorship.
Maybe, if they might make it into like a web series like pokemon generations, legends, twilight star, and hisui snow. Then I'm fine with it, please nintendo, just hear our plea

I hope that it gets anything at this point, the story of adventures is very close to being peak for me and if the thing that stops it from being known on a far larger scale is horizons then I will be, more critical of it to say the least.
But there's no official confirmation that's why we didn't get an anime of it? If anything Horizons is doing exactly what people wanted from the main anime, which was to change main characters.

I agree with all your points, but I would also add that the manga is far more mature than the anime with trainers getting attacked by Pokemon and Pokemon actually dying, as in getting cut in half. I doubt Nintendo would want to make an anime out of the manga for that and the other reasons you stated in the video.

I would really want a Pokemon Manga Anime I think theirs so much depth in the manga that could be ehanced and explored better if it was animated it would also allow for many fans to read the manga but its such a shame that marketing wise pokemon company dont see it as main thing on the list because I can assure if they made anime for it products would sky rocket!. The whole purpose of them keeping the pokemon manga from getting animated is like he said "Marketing". The pokemon anime is literally meant for kids which is why they banned certain episodes or edit the content from japan to NA. Manga had a lot of dark and graphic stuff that wouldve turned a y7 or pg content to pg13 at best lmao.

Sometimes books are just a treasure…just get them and enjoy them for what they are….
If they would just make the manga into a movie series or specials released on seasonal or monthly release

You know, I was recently reading the manga, and actually made an episode list of how the PA manga would be.
Frankly, I believe that each chapter should be a season of its own (with the exception of Hoenn and Sinnoh saga having two seasons each due to their length), and can be similar to JJBA (with 38 episodes per chapter and 3 issues per episode).
38 EPISODES PER CHAPTER? NOT EVEN ONE PIECE HAS STOOPED TO THAT LEVEL
@@OgerponIsACutie In the manga, each chapter basically corresponds to one game. So basically, chapter one is the Red and Blue saga (from Pallet Town to Indigo Plateau) and that is 38 episodes. Sorry if I forgot to clarify!

I definitely think Adventures/Special deserves its own anime - Pokémon Origins was amazing.

It aint ever being animated because the anime is the anime, and the manga is the manga, they don't wanna fuse it into doing a traditional manga animated adaption because of the new games needing a anime.

@@VeeVolt Well, the pokemon anime audience has shifted from 14-10 to around 7-10 years old. The red blue green arc had some pretty gruesome scenes where the protagonists get tortured for pages straight. They would have to remove it and the Arbok cut in half and the frozen Magmar scene. One of the main reasons i liked the manga was because people and pokemon actually died in it and there was a risk of potential death at every corner and battle. They would have to heavily change it and essentially remove everything that made it great for the pokemon company to be even willing to green light the show. Honestly i don't even think that the pokemon company would have green lighted the manga red, blue and green arc in 2023. And it would obviously have that weird modern anime artstyle and the characters just wouldn't look good.
