I find this video very useful. I just want to ask about the differences between Planned Shutdown and Downtime loss. I hope I will receive your explanation soon. Thank you in advance!!
Thank you so much for your valuable comments and appreciation. The planned shutdown is a scheduled loss like a lack of orders from customers, whereas downtime loss is due to some unplanned incidences like machines not functioning.
This is really an excellent demonstration about to Clculate OEE.. One thing is miscalculation about finding The Performance. The calculation of the performance should be 86.87% which you showed 97.4% in the example. You may Review and can change the %age value of Performance. Thanks
Sir, cn you upload a video that can show that how we can use these data by plotting a graph on excel nd that will be awesome for all the viewers. Thanks
Suppost it given that downtime is 10 min and cleaning time is 15 min then do we need to subtract cleaning time in operations time?? Please answer as soon as possible
When organisation keep machine running 24hrs by giving 1or2 extra manpower then they consider total time ie 24hr for calculation. And when organisation gives time to operator for lunch, snacks etc.. and there is no extra operator to run machine during this breaks then they minus that time from available time for OEE calculation.
Excellent sir, Very good explained after watching video everybody can easily understand OEE calculation concept.
Thank you so much Mahesh for your valuable comments and appreciation ☺🙏
Hello, thank you for the video, very informative. Please how do one calculate OEE for multiple machines?
Hi Ojo, thank you for your valuable comment and appreciation!
You can use the multiplication of OEE's for these machines to indicate cumulative OEE.
Excellent tutorial
Thank you so much for your valuable comments and appreciation 🙏☺
Excellent work sir. Please keep posting all good material. So we will learn it from your best skills. Keep it up!
Thank you so much for your valuable comments and appreciation 😊🙏

Very well explained

Thank you brother
You're welcome and thank you so much for your valuable comments 🙏☺

Can you please recheck the values? Where did you get the performance rate of 97.4%?🤔
Thanks for all you do, please can you share the excel file?
Thank you for your valuable comments and appreciation! 🙏☺️
It's already there in the description.
Thank you so much
Your welcome and thank you so much for your valuable comments!😊
Thank you sir
You're welcome ☺
Performance: Ideal cycle time (0.008)× total production time( 1900) ÷ operating tiime (17.5)

Ok, thank you so much for your valuable comments and suggestions 😊🙏
Ideal cycle time mean ...?
Ideal cycle time is the minimum time required to produce single unit. (It is either given my machine manufacturer or calculated by time-motion study)
Suppost it given that downtime is 10 min and cleaning time is 15 min then do we need to subtract cleaning time in operations time?? Please answer as soon as possible
Please treat cleaning time as downtime. Though it is needed in some processes, it can be improved.
why we are multiplying hundred with all outputs in oee second formula sheet
Just to convert them in percentage.
Thank you for your valuable comments. 🙏☺

Well said. Thank you so much for your valuable comments! 😊
india
I think it should be 86.85%
Please take total values with decimals.
0.008 is actually 0.008333
