I’m not the kind of person that actively goes looking for pumpkin spice things, but once when I was a broke grad student, I found pumpkin spice cheerios that basically cost nothing because they were out of season, and pumpkin spice never tasted soooo good;)
I got those for my kids when they were babies for the same reason. Tasted like savings and being able to make the mortgage payment to me.
Those Cheerios are bomb! I wish they weren't so hard to find. But I suppose if they were more popular, they would be crazy expensive like everything else pumpkin spice.
Cherrios were okay, the Pumpkin Spice Frosted Flakes were better! 🐯🎃

Yeah apple flavored things r so over locked during fall and I do like pumpkin flavored things but I would honestly pick apple flavored things during fall over pumpkin.
yeah, apple butter is amazing 🤩. My family makes a huge kettle of it outside over a fire so we get the smoky flavor. It's a tradition passed down a few generations ☺️

I just saw the pumpkin flavored wine yesterday in Publix and had to laugh.

This made me think about Rona again - I wonder if she'll ever have another appearance. I'm thinking she could just be hanging out wherever they are just sleeping, snoring in a chair in the corner of the living room, back seat of the car, passed out with a wine bottle in her hand in a chair in the backyard, sitting on the floor in the kitchen scrolling through her phone, everyone just carrying on their chores and conversations just stepping over her, her mumbling that her other disease friends are doing stuff but no one's calling her anymore, that kind of thing. 😂 Of course, fading off into the distance with no video works too! 😜

Apple butter and apple cider are WAAAAY better and more fall flavored to me. I grew up making apple sauce every fall so the smell of hot apples cooking is amazing to me. ❤️

The Autumn Spice Milkshake at Chick-fil-A is amazing. Honestly the second thing I have tried that was “pumpkin spice”. The Oreos aren’t bad.

So I love this pumpkin part of punkin spice. If something is "pumpkin spice" but has little to no pumpkin I'm not a huge fan. My favorite seasonal pumpkin item is Andy's pumpkin pie concrete. Literal slice of pie blended into ice cream!
We had a pumpkin spice hummus last year. It wasn't bad for the taste but the texture seemed odd with the taste.
Also, pumpkin pie spice is available to keep at home, year round for anything, like oatmeal, cookies, rice crispy treats, etc.
Anyone interested in a pumpkin dip:
-12oz cream cheese (softened)
-2c whipped cream
-2c powder sugar
-1 can pumpkin puree
-1tsp pumpkin pie spice
-1tsp ginger
*it's possible I may've done 2 cans of puree. It's easy to play around with this recipe to make it how you like it tho.

Actually, pumpkin spice refers to the spices in pumpkin pie, not the taste of the pumpkin itself. Having said that, I use the pumpkin spice mix in my coffee year round! And buy several containers in the fall just so I won't run out! Also, sweet potato pie is everything pumpkin pie wants to be and isn't. 😁
I’ve had this question forever!!!! I can’t stand the taste of pumpkin or pumpkin pie, so is “pumpkin spice” ALWAYS just the spices or are some things labeled pumpkin spice flavored with a pumpkin flavor also?

I once had to make pumpkin pies for a family dinner, but came up one can short on the pumpkin. I subbed about 1.5 cans of carrots, and the pies were delicious! Carrots save the day!

I'm not big on pumpkin spice things, but my kids love pumpkin pancakes and pumpkin chocolate chip muffins so I get a couple pumpkins each year and cook them so we can have those things year round. Also I like the pumpkin cream cheese at Aldi. Goes great on bagels.

I love what you guys do! And if you ever do want pumpkin spice to dominate the whole year simply mix: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and cloves together! (Secret: pumpkin by itself really has almost zero flavor!) (And "allspice" is just a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves-hehehehe). Year round domination here we come!!!
No, allspice is it's own thing. It's the unripened dried berry from a tree native to areas of Mexico and Central America. You can buy them whole if you prefer to grind your own spices. It was given the name allspice by the English because to them it tasted like a mix of the spices you mentioned!

Pumpkin spice kitty litter was a real thing one year. I remember seeing a pumpkin scented Tidy Cats litter bucket at Target a number of years back. Someone donated several of them to the animal hospital we take our pets to, they still use one of the buckets as a trash pail when cleaning up dog poo.
