Good Afternoon. I am going to block some squares. I see that you spritz them. I do not want them soaking wet. About how long d you let them sit on the board? Should they be completely dry before removing?
If we don’t have a spray bottle to spritz the squares, could it also work to dunk it into a bowl of water and wring it out most of the way, or would that be too much water? Or- Does blocking it while dry also work?
What are the pins made from please? I bought bamboo skewers (for food) to use for my pins, but they're bending. Yours aren't I noticed..... are they metal? Can I ask where you got them please?

Exactly what I needed to know. Thank you so much!
You’re welcome glad it helped!
How long should you leave it on the board?
Until it dries
Can you do the spritzing method with acrylic yarn?
Yes I do it all the time! :)
will spraying the item youre blocking while its on the wood warp the wood at all?
This was a cutting board and will not warp. I guess it depends on what kind of wood you use.

No I wouldn’t drench them just enough so the will stretch and conform to the shape you want to block it into
TY. Subscribed!
Thank you for the support! 😘
Can you do this on cotton yarn?
Yes definitely!
Are the holes in your board 1 inch apart? I have some Tunisian crochet blocks in serious need of blocking.
Yes I made them 1” apart but later drilled more holes in between. 😁

Yes. You can steam or put it in water like you said.
