I just bought the OTTERBOX OCITY SERIES Case for my new Microsoft Surface Duo.The case is bumper friendly. My phone currently has screen protectors, mat sophi skin on the outside, and the bumpers installed. I will be using a used Galaxy Watch 4 Classic 42mm as a daily driver when the phone is sitting in the case in my pocket. I probably will only feel safe taking the phone out ONLY when i am sitting down at a table. Thank you for making this video, it has helped me confirm the case you have in this video did not offer good enough protection and it won't allow the phone to fold completely 360 for phone calls.

I agree. I personally believe if I had the bumper on my Duo, it may not have received the damage it has after dropping it. The areas of damage would've been covered by the bumper. The main reason I don't use the bumper is the rubber material it's made of makes it difficult to get it out of my pocket. In all honesty, I would've preferred to have a bit of difficulty everyday than a damaged Duo. Thanks for the comment.
Unfortunately, only one side can be used in phone mode. You'd need to pocket the other side. In addition you'd have to trouble yourself by taking it off the back, flip it around, and place it over the unused screen side. I do like that it protects the unused screen in phone mode. I used to carry just the single back side cover, but having to take it off and put it back on when I need it in phone mode ended up being too cumbersome. Really hard to find a decent case for the Duo.

@@TezsArt The case i bought is the a pouch as well. It is probably the same cause you are using now for your duo 2.
