Hello Perez. It's not an issue what we normally face, might be your device doesn't support or having unstable internet connectivity but I am not sure.. You can uninstall and reinstall and check...
@@abdulrafe1867 I've tried everything, uninstalling, and install it again, checking the app permissions, clearing caché, etc. My WiFi is stable and around 50mb/sec (virgin Media), my device is a Xiaomi redmi note 9S....running Android 11. Had the bank app (previous version), an worked ok, but the last update do not allow me to do payments.
Hello Perez. Sorry to hear about your issue facing since your first tried. I can say it might be an application issue or anything else.. Perez you can also complete your payments via Internet Banking or try with another Mobile Phone if possible 🙂.
Hi Bose, It's very simple. Open your HSBC app, click on savings account, under savings account option you will find an option for view statements, click on it and there you can view all yours monthly statements!.

But is not point to have the app then...
