Oh, man! That happened to me once, result of one flu shot. What helped me was getting Kenalog steroid shots. They are limited to about 3 or 4. It helped.
All the bad health stuff made us decide, no other shots ever, in 2018 just in time!! No co vid shots, no nasal swabs...they're a danger, too.
