Freaking brilliant. Your mastery of pedal components and their geometry is insane. Keep doing what you do, helping drummers achieve their goals, one hardware upgrade at a time!! 👍👊🤘
*I am so happy with this upgrade, the pedal feels lighter and faster, it glues to my feet and the spring doesn't need to be tight up, which allows me to bury the beater with ease if I want to, without compromising the speed of the pedal. Next will be the drive shaft! Thanks Dennis!*
I bought the geometry upgrade for my eliminator double Pedal and the feeling is awesome. Perfection in combination with the ACD Drive Shaft and the Purple Cam from Pearl
Have had it for a couple of months now and love it! Use it on 2 Iron and 2 Speed cobra single pedals. I bought both regular and heavy versions and have settled for the regular ones but did like the heavy ones as well, since they allowed (almost demanded) the spring tension to be super low when pressing it down, yet still return very quickly due to the increased radius' effect on the springs. Next up I'm planning on trying the beater thingy where the beater comes a little closer to the head, looks like a great invention as well. It's so damn cool you've come up with all these well crafted and amazingly well working things for drummers, not least all the improvements to hardware from the established brands, something they should have thought of themselves but never did. All the best to you Dennis, I'll contact you in the near future about the beater forward placement thing (or whatever it was called, I forgot). Sincerely, Fredrik H.
I'd like to see a video of changing out the parts of the Tama Iron Cobra before I attempt to do it myself. And would the drive shaft affect changing out the parts on the slave side of a double pedal?
Always great to see more drum talk. I love my spring upgrade for my Axis, now I need to get these for my old Pearls! Side note, will we ever see a compression spring (ie Trick and Speed King) style upgrade?
Looks amazing. It's an $80 upgrade to a double pedal. That's hard to swallow. Great work! I look forward to when these items go into production and become more affordable.
@@zacflynn375 my pedals are faster than I am. But if they would allow me to play at my current levels, and use less spring tension, I would be psyched....wdyt?

Will you ever make one for DW? I would be very interested in getting some! Thanks

These work great on my iron cobra 🐍!
Wow, this sounds great. I'd like to try one for my Eliminator.
Just put these on my demon drives...and wow. Instantly a different feel. Exactly what you said, they stick under my feet a hell of a lot more.
So it makes your pedal feel like it sticks to your feet? Considering this!
Is this available for speed cobras? I didn't see the geometry upgrade anywhere in the upgrades section of the site. Very interested in this part!
Also can the stock cobra springs be used with this or will they be too long?
It will work with Speed Cobras, says so on his website

Is there something to upgrade my Taye Double Pedal? Like direct drive links?
I don't see this for Tama on your website.
Any way to order just the springs? I got the heavy and want to try the regular. Or can you recommend a replacement? Thanks.
Just purchased 2. Hyped to try them out on my speed cobra
Did it make much of a difference?
Yes I love them.

I’d say give em a shot. Nothing to lose really. This dude make quality ass shit. I also bought the strap drive conversion for the Tama as well.
Are straps faster then chains? I haven't used a strap in over 30 years, back when my technique was so bad that i broke everything lol!
I'm curious about the acd beaters. When you buy them do they come in pairs or is it just one beater?
It's just one beater.
If you have got a double or two singles, you need to order two beaters as it is mentioned at the online-shop.
Would I still be able to take the spring on and off easily for tear down and setup for the iron cobra ?
Yes, the quick release still works the same
Yes, it works as usual ;)
Will this fit the pearl p-932 demonator pedal?
The P-932 uses a different diameter but it looks like the version for Tama should fit ;-)
