Brilliant series of walk throughs. Watched all in just the last week as I only just found this game on the weekend and I’m hooked! You’ve definitely helped me realise my early game mistakes. Boy was I struggling with tipping my log loads using the log carriers !
zOrShix's logging method is brilliantly efficient for those that want to "get 'er done" and move on. For those who get some satisfaction from multiple delivery laps (OK, call me warped), consider the Azov 64131 with the front/rear logging semi trailer for long logs. Yeah, you gotta buy the truck, but it's not DLC. I found enough money to buy it by gathering up all the trailers and selling them. For medium logs, the P16 with the four-wheeled log trailer does well, at least with this contract. We'll see about the others. Thanks again zOr, this is an awesome series!
Glad you're enjoying it. 🙂 The Azov 6 is a great truck for logging, you're right about that. There are so many different ways to play it out, with endless possibilities. For this series I've been using only the trucks I found in game so far. I think I'll be changing it up once I start Yukon so we'll see where it goes from here. Great advice BTW 👍
I didn’t even have to load the video to know you were going to be using a sideboard trailer to load these. I just did this on hard mode with the gmc in 6 trips out my pure hatred for the logging crane lol. Plus there is numbers on the crane not paying for itself until mid tamyr on hard mode as well. Great run! This is definitely the way to do it with the trucks in Michigan
What gets me on hard mode is the singular long log contract in Kola Peninsula that just barely pays for the rear log carrier trailer. It's like, I just did that contract for free! FML 😅
the trick to use the sideboard trailers to transport the loose logs must overall save literal HOURS (O__O) awesome trick/tip. Definitely something I will be taking on board while doing these missions!
I cant find vidoe of delivering a big oil rig trailer from northeastern part of the map to oil factory in black river... Have you uploaded that mission?
now that we're in the logging contracts, is it a good idea to go around all Michigan picking up all storage trailers and sell them? I figure they're not needed in the map anymore?
You certainly don't need to, but if you want that extra money it can boost your bank account quite a bit. I don't typically do it anymore but I also don't buy a lot of trucks. It just depends on how you want to play.
Hey mate, I'm not sure if I'm the only one but I would have preferred to see logging done the usual way. If you use a trailer and truck and winch another truck behind, it really ain't so bad. I'd rather watch trucks driving with fat loads than the logging crane flicking around...but it's just my two cents. Keep up the good work, I love watching you and it's such a treat for me every day.

Only problem with this is you have to go to Russia to get it, which is not in the spirit of this playthrough.
This is so brilliant! I just did this mission and wish I had seen this first! I gotta work on my crane skills!
It doesn't take long to get good with the log crane if you put in a little time! You got this, and thanks for commenting!

It wasn't all roses for me, 😅 I got into some trouble on part 2 that added ALOT of time to it.

I recommend just paying the autoload fee in hard mode. The loading crane really ain't worth the hazzle in my opinion.

It does save a lot of time in the beginning when your trucks are not that powerful. Hope it helps 🤞

Yep you can find it here in the Not A Drill episode. ua-cam.com/video/fLfPgTQpjRk/v-deo.html
@@zorshix thanks 😀
@@zorshix just wanted to check how you did with vanilla trucks, i struggled to do with upgraded tayga 😭
@Silentkidgaming no problem 🙂

I get that, there will be traditional logging also. 🙂
These subtitles are irritating
I stopped using them after Michigan
