Well done Erica! Too bad it was raining - the views would be even more stunning with clear skies. Now you can check that off your list. Cheers from Canada.
My friends and I did this zip line in march of this year!! We did the 6 line zip line. Bumpy van ride but it was fun and then a bit of atv to like 2 spots. The longest line was such an awesome view!!
My 10 year old daughter and I did the 6 line course in March when we were visiting. It was an amazing experience and worth every penny in my opinion. All of the staff were great and the safety was top notch. Would highly recommend!
@brianhagen6656 I’m visiting Maui in March and would love to include ziplining to the itinerary. My 13 year old daughter is nervous and doesn’t want to do it. How was your daughter feeling leading up to it?
@@millennialveganmama4820 she was excited but definitely a little nervous too. They did an awesome job with the safety brief to start off, and she’ll get the opportunity to do the short “warm-up” line before heading off to the larger runs. It helped that there was several other kids, maybe closer to your daughter’s age, on our tour. We went last for the first couple lines so she could see everybody else go first, which I think helped the most. We’re heading to Kauai in August and the first thing she asked was if they had zip lining there too, so she’s excited to do it again!
What a great Chanel u guys have, we trying a trip on June with all the family and your videos are so helpful, wish we could see you guys when we go to Maui
I have been wanting to go to Hawaii, Maui specifically since before Covid. I love seeing your videos cause every new video helps me plan it better and add more activities to my trip 😂. Thank you so much for what you guys do.
We did Jungle Ziplines last month over near Twin Falls and that was pretty awesome. You were immersed in jungle which added a nature hike element to it.
Where is Jordan? Did he chicken out? :)) Did they let you drive the ATV?? I've zip line there before. Its very fun. Will do again and will use your link next time to help y'all channel. I love all the contents you guys put out.
I know this is an older video but very cool. I'm going to Maui i October I think this might be a to do. I ziplined on Oahu but it was nothing like this.
We are booked for Maui next august and I was hoping maybe you guys could lend some help as far as a guideline for tipping the folks that we book tours with. We don’t want to be insulting but we have to be budget minded as well.
That is a good question. Captain Zodiac on the Big Island, who has been doing tours for 30 years, recommends $10 to $20 per person who goes on the tour if you liked your experience.
Did the 4 zip line like you, although enjoyable at the time, I was pretty sore the next day from slamming into the spring at the end of the line, felt like I was in a car ride, they really need to come up with a better way to stop when the ride is over
My wife and I and two kids (12,10) will be visiting Hawaii (Oahu & Maui) for the first time in August. I was wondering if you have any recommendations regarding camera equipment/GoPro's. We have already booked a snorkeling tour and zip lining. I would obviously like to get good videos of the family/kids during these activities. Something good/hands-free.
thanks for watching and for the question. We link to our camera gear in the description. Keep it simple with a GoPro and your camera phone. That is what we mainly use!
My wife and I will be in Hawaii in December to be on Pride of America cruise. At the end of our cruise, our flight won't be living Hawaii until 11:30 P.M. I have a question but I not sure you can help. Where can we keep our luggages while explore Waikiki until our flight leave?

Even though I've been to Maui more than two dozen times, I'm binge watching your videos to get even more excited for my next trip hahaha
Best username and complimenting profile pic I’ve seen. Well done. 👏
@@TheHawaiiVacationGuide Haha thanks 😅
Omg my husband and I did this tour on Maui back in April per y’all recommendation and we loved it so much!!
Well done Erica! Too bad it was raining - the views would be even more stunning with clear skies. Now you can check that off your list. Cheers from Canada.
Great video, I had fun just watching how much fun you were having. That was great.

@@brianhagen6656 awesome! Thanks for the insight!
Way to take one for the team! Thanks for bringing back some memories. I went on their tour as well and loved it. Great company, staff, and views!!!
even on a cloudy, rainy day it was still pretty. Thanks for sharing your experience too!
❤❤Your channel is literally my comfort place. You make me so happy. Love you 🤗❤

Looks like so much fun!

Thanks for sharing! Hawaii has some epic zipline courses.
I am deathly afraid of heights, so we did the Tropical Plantation Zipline during Covid and they were awesome!! 10/10 would recommend!!!
thanks for sharing Robert! we recommend that place when folks have a red eye flight out of Kahului Airport. It is a good place to spend an afternoon.
Thanks for the recommendation. I’m terribly scared of heights as well, but it’s a once in a lifetime experience for me.
First time I ever went ziplining was in Maui six years ago. So much fun!
I hope Maui didn't set the bar too high! My first time was on the Big Island.
Ahhhh okay, adding this to our “to do” list for our Maui honeymoon coming up so soon! This looks so fun!!!

Haha, Jordan had to watch the kids! They didn’t let me drive the atv but it was worth asking. Thanks for the support!

it made for a good intro for the video though! Agree, Erica never got used to the rough ending.
Thanks for great videos and itinerary. Wondering if there are age limit restrictions. I am 66 and my son is 11.
I don't believe there is, there is usually a weight restriction
Going to Maui in January!
have a great trip!
@@TheHawaiiVacationGuide thank you for all the helpful videos! 🙏🏻
Hey I had an idea for more videos!! Best places to view sunsets 🌅
thanks for sharing the tip! that is a fun idea.

Is Groupon a good place to buy the ATV+ 8 Line Zipline adventure?
How did your "afraid of heights" issue fare during this? I want to do it, but I suffer from similar issues. Thanks. Great video!
Erica says she has a mild to moderate fear. She felt very safe and secure so she was okay up there. Best of luck!
Definitely kinka scary looking but looks like it would be cool
Is it mandatory to walk over the suspension bridge?
Formerly land owned by Maui Land and Pineapple Company.

Waikiki Baggage Storage is available. We haven't used them so check their reviews on online. They close at 8:30 though.
Do you have any promo codes for Kapalula Zipline?
I am afraid we don't. We share all our promo codes here: thehawaiivacationguide.com/hawaii-vacation-guide-coupon-codes/
$180 per person for the zip line in 2022 prices. I wonder if its worth the money.
I ordered an itinerary for Maui and didn’t get the emails. How can I get them?
We see your order! We will update your email address as you’re missing an o in yahoo.
