Instructions to store in refrigerator and fry later:
After dip in the batter and apply/rolling breadcrumbs, put the cutlets in a dry container and cover with a plastic wrap and a lid and keep in the refrigerator. Take it out of the refrigerator 1 hour before frying and you MUST apply/rolling breadcrumbs to absorb the moisture. Then deep fry for 1-2 mins.

Tuna 300g
Boiled Potato 600g
Plain Breadcrumbs
Onion 300g
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Green Chili 30g
Curry Leaves
Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves
Chili Flakes, Black Pepper 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Egg 1
All Purpose Flour 1½ tbsp
Coconut Milk ¼ cup
Vegetable Oil
Salt To Taste
