I've been waiting for almost a week to try it. It finally happened today, and it was super delicious! Thank you so much for the recipe, everyone at my home loved it! Few tips/lessons learnt if I can add are: 1.Toast the bread in butter, for a little while longer than in video (but not until its burnt, of course). I waited until it was dark brown. makes it easier to break it down in crumbs. I had a tiny mixer, so I still had few small 🤏 pieces, but they didn't spoil anything. 2. Double coat the dough balls. Slurry 👉 breadcrumb 👉 slurry 👉 breadcrumb 👉 fry. Makes it harder to break down in the oil, still remains as delicious 😋.
@@amanita1295 I'll be honest, I haven't tried that, but i think it should not be a problem. just letting the temperature normalise for a while (maybe 15-20 mins?) before you use it might help though. 😊
