At first I didn't pay attention to them, but now I realize I've been missing out. Their singing ability is truly amazing. Their singing style really separates themselves from many other K-pop groups. And honestly, while I'm not sure if I would call this K-pop, since they are singing entirely in English, we don't have that many of these feel-good motivation-type songs coming from the industry. There are groups with badass girl power concepts, but I rarely hear ones that genuinely make you feel good and uplift yourself. The songs in KPOP are mostly about romance and some songs don't really have a strong message at all (just catchy music.) BTS is the only other group I can think of that has that kind of "love yourself" messaging behind their music. We really need a girl group to inspire others as well. ❤
You haven't been missing out on much, plus you can still be here for VCHA's debut! I agree, VCHA is truly talented, and they have so much they can bring to the K-pop industry, something fresh, something new, and very positive.

It's great that JYP selects on character as well as talent. These girls are wonderful role models for young people. America, especially, needs this.
Besides role models it’s also nice for the company to not have to deal with issues that arise from problematic people. Nobody wants bullying or other scandals to appear.

@@zobrazebrain the after premier video, kaylee mentioned that she was already doing auditions before A2K and getting denied, so I think MV is showcasing what the girls were doing before A2K. Lexi did ballet her whole life. Savannah did gymnastics before her injury hence her falling and getting injured in the video. Camilla was studying nursing. KG was doing a lot of solo music stuff. And I don’t remember what Kendall did before the auditions so I think they just highlighted her artistic talent that she portrayed in LA.

I watched a bit of A2K and was a bit “skeptical” but JYP knew what he was doing, these girls are adorable and talented. The fact that they were able to debut after only training for a couple of months is impressive and shows that they are committed!! I’m not sure on how to pronounce the group name haha but i’m rooting for you VCHA!!🩵🩵

On the show, JYP said the emphasis is on the "Cha" part. Vee-CHA It means something like "bring light". JYP even said "bring light to a dark world" or something close to that. I really like that meaning.
