I was really angry that he didn’t win.. I was shocked just like Mel and I think that the jury were hoping for him to win and were disappointed with the results. You can see it in their eyes once they tell his name..

His rendition of Creep is unparalleled, breathtaking. There is nothing like it in my opinion. I prefer it over all others I have heard. The raw emotion and the power in his voice when his voice swells with the music is so moving. The contrast between that and his control when he reaches the lows, with the volume taken down, is powerful. He is just mesmerizing.
One of my really close friends died tonight from cancer. Creep by Radiohead was one of her favorite songs. She said that if she died before me, she would want me to sing it at her funeral. I really don’t know if I could do it. I wish she were alive at least one more minute so I could tell her how much I loved her. I love you, Alexandria.

It took a lot not to end my life & this song helped me to realize that there may be more left for me to do. I don't feel 100% & I know I never will but maybe, maybe I can help others like me.

At 3:01, if you listen closely you can hear what sounds like an old computer monitor flickering. I'm pretty it's coming from his voice as tiny artifacts resonating in that mix range. It's the only perceptible sign I can see that Brian is still human in this cover - well, other than the tear at the end 😢

Listened to all the covers of creep on youtube and honestly, this is BY FAR the best i've heard.
So few people have done this song justice. So few people are capable of capturing the emotion that the lyrics possess. But you, my friend, have not only done it justice but you've turned it into a masterpiece.

What is WRONG with the people who disliked this???? There's no accounting for taste. The talent, the emotion and the power in his voice is absolutely phenominal. Even if you don't like the song or the tempo of it, you have to appreciate the talent and the execution. Amazing.

the dislikes are probably due to autotune. His other performance of this was genuine and sounded great, but this version has been tampered with and sounds like shit.
Nothing to 'hate'. Not everyone has to agree with you. Just didn't like it. Great voice but not my cup of tea, same as the judges, esp as I love the original, but while I'm open to good covers, this wasn't it, no build up, just the same boring monotonous beat.
Maybe raise your standards. I'm as comfortable with classical and arias to hard rock and house on a Sunday morning sipping my coffee.

I was rooting for him too, but after grace vanderwaal golden buzzer the hype train for her was too big for any other competitors. It’s only because she was built up as a young Taylor Swift. Brian was definitely the best singer during the competition.

At 64 years of age I can honestly say that I have never heard anyone with a better voice than yours. The AGT audition was spellbinding. I listen to and watch it several times a week. It was raw, believable and undeniably one of the best vocal performances ever. I am a straight male so there is no bias involved in my judgement of your talent. I have watched your AGT "Creep" many times and each time is like the first. Yes, your control is masterful. Your timing is genius. Your voice is unique and beautiful. BUT the intensity of your emotions. Your way of meaning every word you sing. Your ability to take everyone listening to the invisible plane you had entered.
That's why the applause took longer than usual to begin. EVERYONE had to "return" from the dimension that you took them to.
It also happened to Abraham Lincoln.
