It's a strange feeling actually. Not like you would expect. Kind of stressful actually.... Is the closest way to describe it. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if you lived there across the street and could go anytime you like, but when you are just visiting Japan, it's really stressful to visit an Arcade like this. I guess because of a mixture of FOMO and decision paralysis.
wow! talk about my dream arcade... all my favorite sega racing games, the BEMANI music game stuff, Tetris: The Grand Master and just about every classic arcade game I've ever thrown a quarter into?! I'd be in absolute heaven here.
Thanks for the tour, could hear a KoF 98, think I briefly saw it onscreen in this video. I do sometimes watch the Mikado livestreams if a game I like has a competition going on in it, though I lose interest if the same characters are chosen over and over and over again, tends to also happen when Tokimeki Memorial Taisen Puzzle Dama competitions are also streamed. I know the place used to have a Puyo Puyo Tsuu machine or two in it, there used to be competition streams for it. Surprised the only Bubble Bobble related game in Mikado is Puzzle Bobble 2.
Hello - am doing a promo video for an arcade cabinet and wondering if footage can be used from this video. It wouldn’t be exact and altered/stylized, just need background footage.
I would have felt like I walked into heaven. Every single game is in this arcade. New and old games.

I just wish it had even a single Tekken game in there...
Wow Japan is so cool 😎
When it comes to Japanese games,
Ramen and of course Mikado Game Center are the best in the world.
80年代のタイトルもいまだに稼働してるって凄いですね!
I was there in January this year :-) It was a great experience to play there! Street Fighter costs 50Yen per Credit, awesome!
Enjoy Japanese retro games!
it's our paradise and we wish to go there

@@ulqi thanks! i'm not a fighting games guy, but this looks fantastic. i'll do the further research.
All these games can be emulated on phone or a tablet now.
It's not just the games, it's the feeling, the atmosphere of going to the arcade with your buddies.
Many still can't be emulated accurately, and some can't be emulated at all
