@@nightponyinrface6009 may be simple case of him not recognizing it as food since he's use to eating kibble. It's not uncommon with animals keeped and fed in domestic environments.
I like at the beginning how he lifts it up and looks under it. "Any food under this? No? No food." Try putting it in a food processor with his kibble and mixing it up and making super tiny meatballs.

Not sure for otters but ferrets are hard to introduce new foods after they are developed (1st year). I try to keep offering a variety from the start & if I am trying to switch I offer both and decrease the one I want to get rid of.

Perhaps he's just been so use to the kibble, he become picky about what he eats. It does happen that an animals may not recognize something that's part of their natural diet and refuse to eat it. If really want him to get to eat it, introduce it with his kibbles in small bite sized portions. He'll start getting the taste to it and most likely really start to like it.

You can try to throw in some small live fish into the tub for him to hunt while swimming. Maybe he would eat the live fish and he will eat fish after that.
If an animal stays clear of a piece of salmon then I myself would stay clear of it like grim death... check out the brand, most likely is farmed antibiotic transgenic salmon... who knows... bingo may be onto something here
Looks like you may have to start tricking him into biting it, as he doesn't seem to know it's food. But then he plays and bites the bottle caps while swimming, and not the fish... ^^;

ビンゴくんはお刺身を食べている人を見たことがあるのでしょうか？ 小さい頃ならとりあえず噛みついて食べれそうなら食べる。食べれない物なら親（飼い主）が叱る。
というプロセスを得てカリカリは食べても大丈夫な物と認識すると思いますが、大きくなったので匂いで判断し、怪しい物には噛みつかないと思います。
ビンゴくんにとってお刺身は遊び方が解らない変なにおいするオモチャにしか見えないのだと思います。
なので飼い主が目の前で食べるなどして、これが食べ物であると認識させることから初めてみてはどうでしょうか？
