Breville Smart Scoop unboxing & first impressions (BREBCI600XL)

This is a short clip for unboxing the Breville Smart Scoop (BREBCI600XL) and my first impressions using it.
This consumer ice cream maker has a compressor, making it easier to make ice cream at home. It is slightly more expensive than another alternative, the Cuisinart ICE-100. I went with the Smart Scoop over the ICE-100 because I heard there were ice cream bucket leakage issues with the ICE-100. However, the motor in the Smart Scoop seems to struggle with hard ice creams.
Another weird thing was the instruction manual didn't have any recipes in it. I thought I was crazy so I checked the online manual and there were recipes in that version. It's not a huge deal as I'm working from a little more detailed recipes.
Overall, I'm happy with the Smart Scoop - though slightly disappointed the motor appears to lack power, especially at this price point.

I would highly recommend that if you experience issues with the motor on a continuous and/or habitual basis, please don't hesitate to give Breville a call. Remember to register the Warranty of the product, so when the motor finally burns out, they will send you a new motor.

@@christianaquino5230 alcohol and weed doesn’t mix well with online shopping.
Since I’ve had it I have made Fanta flavour ice cream for my kids once and been sitting in the box
