Спасибо, Кирилл! От тебя особенно приятно слышать))) У них все не так серьезно, как у нас, и вроде бы снимать со штативом не запрещено, если ты никому не мешаешь (я не сильно мониторил этот вопрос, но явного запрета не видел нигде). Как бы то ни было, я ни у кого разрешения не спрашивал и пока я снимал мне никто не запрещал, хотя мимо и полицейские и сотрудники метро часто проходили. Ну и штатив у меня был совсем небольшой - я туда приехал совсем без штатива, и купил прямо там, на время - относительно компактный :)
Anton Chivkunov Нет, у нас не запрещено снимать со штативом ) При условии если оператор находится рядом с камерой. Если же вы оставляете камеру, это уже будет расцениваться как установка видеонаблюдения, на что требуется получить специальную лицензию. Без нее конечно грозит судебное разбирательство и а-та-та-шечки )
