It will handle most story mode games, but if it can't, try reducing the screen resolution.
However, if your RX 470 is very powerful, I suggest upgrading your processor to an i7-3770 to better handle FPS games.
bro i play this in high grapics with my 5600g(no gpu) .
The FPS drop is due to recording; otherwise, the game runs at 55 to 60 FPS, and sometimes between 80 and 90 FPS on high settings
But Ryzen processors are also very fast; they can handle games without a GPU.
