What is in that typical Isaan breakfast that you don't like? Could you please show it all some time in a video and describe each dish. It must center around rice, right? I used to really like that congee (in English) which is boiled rice with some pork (I think) and you could find it in any little town at even 5am when I got off a bus. And the same vendor could usually make coffee, too. You could always order a fried egg to be added to anything.

Typically and Isaan breakfast is just like any other meal, they don't distinguish types of food with meals.

@@amaninsiam Okay, thanks. I lived in other rural areas, but not Isaan. I ate what they ate. Eggs and stir-fried vegetables with a little chicken or pork at the time. Fish was a luxury in the areas where I was.
