This vid warmed my heart because I also hold the attitude that the huge chain sit down restaurants like the ones that have been reviewed are all terrible food places that just warm up frozen food and sell it like for prices that actual good food should be at, and this review completely confirmed that belief so thank you.
TGI Fridays has been doing this all over the place, They are "maximizing" their profits when it comes to "Krispy Rice" and a few others different places but essentially they are just Ghost Kitchens.. Fridays have been doing this to cash out primarily on food delivery services and have opened up a ton of random ghost kitchens that serve absolute trash food, Fridays itself is also just horrendous.

It’s pretty common for restaurants to plate the food then throw it all in the microwave to flash warm the plate. I’ve seen it done in a lot of places that don’t have warm lights
yep, basically all chain restaurants in america are like this. all the ingredients come pre cooked in bags and they just throw it together and reheat it in the microwave.
Most chain restaurants cooks don't correctly prioritize the order they prepare each dish in an order so the plates that get done early are placed on a warming table. If the heat lamps stop working some places will turn up the heat on the table itself to offset it, but it just makes the plate hot af while barely touching the food.

Yeah in the U.S. we just stay silent on food quality for the most part because the wait staff live off tips and they don’t control how the food is made. Also for me personally I don’t want to have to deal with the whole situation of telling them it’s bad which would cause them to bring out their manager, that happened to me once thanks to my aunt and it was so embarrassing so I would just rather not.
