It was a bit sneaky leaving the bathroom open like that... It would give a false impression of how much light gets into that space.

Although this is the luxury category, this is just beautiful planning! It's great to see developments like this which have a focus on connecting public transport and cycling pathways, inclusive with green areas and a sense of community building with integrated shared spaces. This is the future of city living - high density living in green surroundings with excellent connectivity. Now more like this for public housing! :)
That glass box is a perfect place for a coffee party. Sophisticated and beautiful.

It's a show home so they've not put doors on so you can see the bathroom and walk straight in without having to open doors
JMK yeah, i figured it was because it's a display home. still seems strange to me. i'd rather see it with walls and doors so i know exactly how it will look, including the look and feel of the doors and walls themselves and how the room will actually be lit e.g. this bathroom wouldn't have any natural light with the door closed.

The "Winter Garden" is something that I would love to have in my home. To be in your "cozy space" while still enjoying what's going on "outside"...?... why didn't "I" think of that!!?? ❣️

I would love to have a cozy couch in that space. A cold day, a good blanquet, a nice and hot cup of cocoa, a nice company, nothing can top that.

Ah yes, I love the part of entertaining guests where you watch them use the bathroom while you stand in the kitchen... Please tell me there's a door to the bathroom that you just can't see in the video?
Edit: Going onto the website it appears there are only 2 options for floor plans, and this one shown isn't one of those options - both floor plans have bathroom doors. Interesting the project decided to have a showroom for, what appears to be, only a way to show off the materials going to be used, and not a legitimate layout option. A bit confusing.

Wonderful! I miss apartment living. Tho I'm in an amazing 4,000 sq ft Queen Anne. I love it, but it's a bit of work to keep up with inside and out. Now that the plants are in, there's watering every day! So, there's the value in those great condo fees, right?

Wouldn't the winter garden be redundant in the summer with the blazing sun shining through. Hmmm think I'd prefer an open balcony.
I love all about it apart from the fact there is no seperation or door between the kitchen and the bathroom.

Where's the sofa from?
Wish they would have shown the bedroom space. Not a fan of having the entrance of the bathroom right next to the kitchen. Would hope the bedroom is behind and opens into the bathroom. Otherwise, stunning, well planned, luxurious and practical.
Nadi Bunii the bedroom would be a rectangular box with some cheap built in robe space, why even bother.

Ryan Turner because it’s not a real apartment, it’s a showroom mainly to show material choice and kitchen bathroom layout. Which on that subject are so absolutely pedestrian, near every apartment at that price level in Australia has the same style. Massive yawn.
I've developed quite a strong aversion to Australian accents.

In the actual apartment. Yes.
I don't know if is just me, but I cannot stand the idea of a kitchen in the middle of everything and not in near proximity of a proper ventilation. I understand open spaces are a thing now and It looks nice indeed but the idea of cooking something, stinking up the entire place and greasing all things around is just inconvenient and disgusting. Unless you only use the kitchen as decoration item itself, making an ocasional sandwich or preparing and/or storing beverages.

there is something really weird going on here ...where was the bedroom ,did I miss it ...why is the toilet and bathroom part of the kitchen with that huge door way ...surely there must be a door that no one can see ...but why is it so big ...and so much glass...like a fishbowl ,with no view that I could see ...permanent window cleaner employed here ...also the photographer... in all these videos ,seems to need a few lessons ...so much shadow in them ,needs to film from a better angle ...and I,m no filmer ...such boring colours ...and tacky artwork ...missed the boat here ...

.Most disgusting thing I've seen in years open concept toilet exposedbto kitchen WTF!!! Literally Dark Ages Midevil even the Romans would have you go around the corner or through a door!!! I guess the other Architectsual tours were just a set up so she can be a paid shrill for selling these units.
