Looks like no one was able to get upstairs with a line. That attic needed some water a lot quicker than what happened here. It was a tough job, because the fire was rippin' when the 1st truck arrived. Looks like they had lots of Members available for tasks. The guy with the long hair needs it cut, for his own safety.

It is not unusual for Firefighters to be masked up when they are riding the in the Jump Seats before arrival. you did notice the time spent on some masking up. FD leaders need to make that a rule and enforce it. . I wonder how many would be Fire Fighters if you take the lights and sirens away? Just seems too many are members because of the siren and lights.

1 attire Chief should be in his full gear add example on all the rest of the firefighters 2 long hair not good to have long hair at a fire scene because it can burn three one firefighter has his coat on and not his bunker pants when you fight a structure fire you should have everything on from head to toe this is why the people probably was talking about you take a look at this picture and you'll see when I am talking about I am a firefighter and when I go to a structure fire I have everything hood bunker pants coach gloves shield down everything
When FF's aren't dressed in full gear. The insurance company probably doesn't have to pay for his leg injuries. Out of date SCBA is also another reason they don't have to pay if they end of hospitalized for breathing problems. . If a company has out of date gear. Not saying they were out of date. But Chiefs need to think about other reasons to have approved gear. Their is more to bein a Chief than most people realize.
This was an incredibly inept effort. There was absolutely no fire attack! There must have been 50 people just standing around watching. If I lived there I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night knowing that the area fire protection was provided by this unorganized poorly trained group. Also there appeared to be nobody in charge. What a joke!!
At 1:39 there's already a line in the house. Would you like to see too many fire fighters, waiting around for another tanker to arrive, or would you prefer to see charged lines lying around with no one to man them?

Awesome use of ground ladders. A lot of departments seem to focus more on hose work instead of laddering the building and ventilation
