Removing government subsidies from a useless education system would allow schools to employ the best teachers rather than the suck-ups.

Common Carrier rights and responsibilities are very similar and should stand as the model for when to apply 230. You don't get unlimited rights with no responsibilities.

You’re not looking at it from all perspectives. Thr government can give incentives to cities to build more housing. The number of homes is in decline and has been for years. Homelessness isn’t just bums on the street, it’s not having enough housing for the population.
It cannot be overstated how much Elon Musk contributed to saving Western civilization, for now at least. It remains to be seen whether we're strong enough to extend this temporary reprieve into a more lasting freedom.

If an individual company decides not to advertise that’s fine, but if they create a cartel to coordinate their efforts to kill a platform (Google GARM) that’s the problem. The Daily Wire is also suing for their collusion.
A "group boycott" is an antitrust violation. The advertisers settled before the trial even began, and their group ("GARM"), disbanded as a result of the lawsuit.
