  • Ingredients:
    Beetroot small 3 nos
    Oil 1 tsp
    Salt
    Thick curd 1 cup
    To grind:
    Fresh Coconut 1 cup
    Ginger a small piece
    Green chilli 2
    Curry leaves a fecumin 1 tsp
    Mustard 1/4th tsp
    Tempering:
    Coconut oil
    Mustard
    Curry leaves
    Red chilli
    Meth:
    Add 1 tsp oil to a pan.saute grated Beetroot for a while. To this add salt and water. Let Beetroot cook well.
    Mean while make a thick paste of masala ingredients by adding a little water. Add this masala to cooked Beetroot. Mix well cover and vook for 3-4 mins on medium flame. Finally add in beaten thick curd and mix well. Switch off the flame and add tempering with coconut oil,mustard,curry leaves and red chilli.
