Its so tight and on top of steps. I can barely get the camera in there. After 45 year you get use to it.

Did you get it sorted? Have csl got the right texecom profile loaded? There tech department are very helpful

Hi. I’ve left it as pins only for now. Spent too much time sorting out problems on CSL DP3. Very slow on changing to a new network when a cell site goes down. A couple of big alarm companies I know have had similar problems and have lost confidence.

You need to flash upgrade the firmware software of the panel. 1.2 will not have SIA configurations. To be honest that is a really dated premier 24 🤣

Hi. The panel was replaced for the latest prem elite 24. All sorted now. Cheers.
