The Mate 8 really looks quite impressive. Not surprised that the iPhone still looks the fastest overall, but it is the most expensive phone their by quite a bit. It seems these "cheap" Chinese brands are really developing nicely (though the Mate 8 isn't cheap).
the reason the mate 8 wasn't as impressive as the others in graphics is the Kirin 950 in the mate 8 has Mali-T880 MP4 gpu. in the note 5 has Mali-T760MP8 (a slightly weaker gpu when it comes to core to core but thanks to the 8 graphic core to the 4 on the Kirin, the Exynos performs better) and the Nexus 6p has the Adreno 430 which is a very powerful phone gpu.
The Iphone app is totally different than the android app. The Iphone app is programmed specificaly for iphone hardware, while the android app is not optimised for a specific GPU and processor architecture but has to support all 100s of them. For example : The ps3 had only 256mb of internal ram and a 7+ year old gpu, but was able to run beautiful games like The last of us. Because the developers could program on a specific set of hardware and take full use of it's gpu and processor technologies. Apple has less than 10 hardware configurations, of which most share the same architecture. So it's easy to optimise the app/demo for IOS. Android has 100s of them. So it would take ages and gigabytes of files to optimise it for all types of configurations and hardware, so they use generic methods to test CPU and GPU. So the IOS version is programmed to make full use of it's GPU/CPU driver (and it's techniques), while the android version uses an emulated generic driver which is compatible with all hardware.
The best thing about this order was for you been in your office all week long and it is not even more important for you guys as well with the same things you do we want in this case ❤
Why does the Note 5 score so low in AnTuTu? It should score around 120-130k. My Galaxy S6 scores around 130k in AnTuTu all the time. Also, the scoring system on the iPhone with AnTuTU is a lot different than on Android.
I love my Huawei Mate 8 for sure. But, compare to my 6s plus, Iphone is still a much smoother performer after a week of non-restarting contest even with all the cleaning tools that I used on Huawei every single day. But, I guess its' all about Android and IOS. The phone itself is good, and the only downside of Huawei compare to Iphone other than the Operating system, is the Camera performance. Huawei's camera still feel a bit artificial when comes to color reproduction and the smoothness of the stabilization functions.. after all, they are all good phones and both are better than my Note 4 :D

So....the iPhone 6S+ has the weakest processor, even though they had more than 50% performance gain when compared to the last gen iPhones. I NEVER expected the Huawei Mate 8 to dominate this test though! The Huawei COMPLETELY crushed even the previous smartphone king, the Note 5 by a MASSIVE amount! That's just ridicilous! Also, the SD810 is working ridicilously well in the Nexus 6P! The SD810 in the HTC One M9 for instance is on snapdragon 800 level... Although, the newest Exynos from Samsung, according to leaks is able to OBLITERATE even the ridicilously powerfull Kirin 950 from the huawei (Latest Exynos geekbench scores ~7700 in multicore vs ~6100 for the Kirin 950).

why do people use antutu for benchmark. it's a load of crap. one update and the result is vastly different on the same phone. Plus there is no way iphone's CPU performance could be that high. My take is it's not entirely CPU, it uses GPU as well which iphone is better thus the CPU score of iphone is way higher than the rest. the 2 reliable benchmark tools here are geekbench and 3dmark. Look at the detail of the test in 3dmark. iphone has higher graphics score whilst note 5 has higher physics score. This is the explanation for duo cores vs octa cores. It's simple, there is no way apple would use a chip that is worse at both CPU & GPU, so does samsung. it's more or less of CPU or GPU. If you look at how iphone users use their phones, you'll see why iphones have duo cores and better graphics. And also, that Huawei score is laughable. I don't care what score it gets from antutu, just look at its performance during graphics tests. it's the worse out of the 4 phones. Yet antutu gave huawei second highest score. This just shows how unreliable this benchmark app is.
