you cant get any college in karnataka for less than 1.7 lakh for even ECE. if you want to take mech or civil you can get outside banglore maybe but mostly you may need to go management,start going to colleges mid tier or high tier ones in banglore now itself afterwards there will be hike in prices. dont spend more than 7lakh per year for engineering.
