We have been training for this. To hold this living dying world in our hearts and to respond with compassion...

For 2 days I have felt the rawness of potential losses, my family's lives and my own life. I almost died from chemo in February but I was at peace, in gratitude and something else I cant even explain.... after reading about deaths 2 days in a row I just feel the fear of this virus. And some confusion as to how I was so peaceful in February but now I feel paralyzed. Thank you both for this!! I listen to you both almost everyday.

Know that if you have a problem, you will also have the means, the mechanism, to deal with the problem even if you can’t always solve it immediately!

Oh, our hearts break, our hearts must break open. A broken open heart is our path to understanding... if we can bear it. Weep, allow, we are in this together.

Masks can be made of a half section of paper towel. Fold it accordion style all the way. Next a stapler and 2 rubber bands. One band at each end and staple it. Now you are done. loop each band around each ear and unfold gently over your nose and chin. You now have a mask for yourself. Try to remain busy and calm folks. Be well.

Thank you, Tara. Namaste. Lovely words and a reminder that there is indeed compassion among us during this struggle. Unfortunately all i see around me is the opposite. It's important to point out compassion, kindness and empathy. Because these things, the best qualities of humanity, can also be contagious.
