i mean should be definitely stronger after looking at that chart, black gohan had ultra ego + mystic + zamasu aura and kaioshin buff + super saiyan rose + and even ssj4 or something related too oozaru so to match that gohan must be stronger than all canon and non canon forms but obivously weaker than fanon ( cos fanmade scaling is always BS ) form
