Amazing climb! Please what glove for ice climb do you use? also use an overglove or something warm for belaying? usually switch gloves for climb/belay? or use the ice glove and put something over for belay? Thanks for the advices:)
The lady says she is exhausted from travel and climbing BEFORE she started the climb. Why do that? What propels anyone to climb when they know the risks of not being physically ready. I don't understand how the ice can hold all the weight of people.
Its simple, ice litterally weights tons - Imagine 1m*1m*1m of ice - thats one cubic meter of water (and probably more) thats atleast 1ton - so 60-80 kgs doesnt make that big of a difference. BUt yea the last pitch looked insane, harder than I'll ever do :)
if she known she is exhausted before the climb . That is definitely irresponsible for her safety, and lack of respect to her partners. If She had to bail then she would have ruin her friend trip on this route.
