I have to say, having interacted closely with multiple people recalling and attempting to talk about traumatic events, her attempt at mimicking the hyperventilation can only be described as disturbing. Disturbing because it does not look or feel real at all, which means she is most likely faking it. Also the fact that she repeatedly builds-up towards crying and then stops and goes back to normal is a dead giveaway as well. A traumatic event numbs you, any attempt at recalling it not to mention speaking about it in a concise way will result in a very bad physiological reaction, you muscles tense, you are short of breath, in some bad cases you completely lose sense of your surroundings and re-experience your trauma all over again.
I'm sure those who experience traumatic flashbacks or those who have seen others go through it, will know what I'm talking about.
Yes I did all that you mentioned. It was hard to talk about the emotional trauma I went through...because it felt like complete betrayal. I could not hold in my tears when I talked about it to others. I could not look at people's eyes talking about it esp the abuser

Totally agree, talking about certain things like in therapy you sometimes have to stop in the middle of a sentence and leave it at that because it all comes back and you need to deal with that. I felt offended when she mentioned having coping mechanisms, she does not even know what those are. Amber is a fraud.

I don't have words on how disgusting this is. It is a joke for every woman who has been abused. I was in an extremely abusive relationship for 5 years, got out of it and nearly 3 years later I still have nightmares of the times I was belittled, dragged around, shoved and taunted - I am now married and have a baby bit everytime I pass by someone who resembles my abuser I can't breathe and feel in fight or flight. I cannot recount certain events without feeling utter panic, shame and a horrible sense of fear, it's difficult to explain , only women and men who have been through that know this feeling. If I were in her shoes, as an abused woman, I wouldn't be able to be so calm, cool and collected while reliving moments of abuse, it just doesn't happen. People who are traumatized by abuse take a long time to heal, a very, very long time. Their stance on what happened speak volumes on who is the real abuser and I sincerely hope she looses this case.

Whereas, Amber looks like a bad actress who memorized all her lines in a hurry and needs to convince the audience without raising their suspicion. Also, look at her face before and after the Jury enters the courtroom (longer/full video). How she makes a different face for the Jury. See for yourself.

To me, the texts indicated that Mr. Depp was attempting to go through rehab and kept relapsing. Every relapse he seems to have been ashamed and apologized. Unfortunately for him he left out context since she obviously knew what the context would be. She is merely twisting the cause of the texts to support her claims.

This is the biggest point for me. Hard to put a lot of trust in reading facial expressions, since the person reading them might be biased, but none of those texts are a smoking gun to support the claim like the recording does, especially with a lack of physical evidence.

Her "crying" nonstop even displays the fakeness because us survivors usually can get through our stories or we can't and at times recalling CERTAIN events will bring tears but usually it's just matter of fact or weary or confused or naive, depending on personality depending on stories told in that moment. She's constantly "weeping" thru it all, signs of someone imagining how they would and should act if these things were true. She's not connected to any of these recounts.

That’s what I was going to say....mostly the stories I tell (as having been abused) are “matter of fact” in tone and demeanor. Tears flow less often, and usually only when I give the past too much of my present.

I hate it how she says several times about loving his children. She didn’t even know them. My ex husband had an affair and that woman said to me she loved my children when I asked her to leave our family alone…. She had never met my children never mind built any kind of loving relationship. Just like her Heard is full of crap

I have BPD and PTSD and ADHD (but I don't act like her). Nevertheless, I can read through her exaggerations and self-serving manipulations. These are things that couples go through and work together to make the relationship better. Clearly, she saw everything in a negative and exaggerated perspective, unless Johnny was giving her the attention. Often, people with BPD perceive things incorrectly because of our hypervigilance and interpret external cues as threat, even neutral faces. What about Johnny? He's, going through a rough time trying to get better. He was sick! Instead, she takes this critical and vulnerable time to take pictures of him when he has at his worse, and later use this to claim sexual and physical abuse. How disrespectful and inconsiderate. She had the love of Johnny, an actor who makes many people laugh. He worked hard to build a name!! When he is unable to give her peaches and cream, he becomes a monster! Amber had no compassion towards Johnny. If she did, she would have done anything to help and be there for him. Understood, that this wasn't about her, rather about him getting sober. I can't imagine what he was going through detoxing. In the meantime, his significant other is recording him, taking pictures of him, making things more problematic for him. I hope no one buys her version. She's not a good person.

Hi, it's good to have someone with BPD comment on her behavior. I was wondering, with your personal experience and knowledge of BPD, is it possible for someone with BPD, but in denial, to actually believe herself what she is saying ? In other words, misinterpretations based on hypervigilance is one thing, and I guess that's one of the things you work on in therapy, but can the unchecked disorder make someone actually create false memories that she believes herself ? Or in some way make fantasies indistinguishable from memories of real events?
Taking pictures of a man, you said you loved and was the love of your life, in his most vulnerable states is beyond low and despicable....I'm sorry, this just proves his case...Ireland is rooting for JD....🙏☘☘
just proves anything that happened she took pictures of so where is all this evidence she took of him abusing her u know there would be if it happened the picture she did with the blush to make it look like something happened to her when she attacked him and took pictures she put blush under her eye that u can see in the picture it's not blood rushed to skin its blush and fresh pink from a hit is quick and over in seconds and doesn't take much to cause it most likely caused herself trying to hurt him.

I have seen plenty of people with borderline personality behaviors and Amber definitely has it. She was so quick to take a photo of her arm, why wouldn't she take a photo of her face if he had punched her? There are no doctors who have documented any signs of abuse. The nurse who traveled with them is obligated to report any physical abuse and she didn't. I hope the jury can see the truth and side with JD.

Not every hit produces bruise or marks that others would see. My hair covered plenty and so did my glasses. No one noticed and would say they saw nothing even though it was there.

She portrays herself as being on pens and needles or walking on eggshells most of the time with Johnny….trying to sound like she’s afraid of him and avoiding confrontations. But there’s the audio tape of her admitting she hit him with a closed fist and called him a baby for objecting to it. And her throwing a liquor bottle at him and cutting the end of his finger off. And of him retreating during the confrontations. If she was afraid of him she certainly wouldn’t hit him. And in the tapes she certainly sounds more aggressive than passive. I really don’t find her to be reliable. Although I do believe she and Johnny had a toxic relationship. And I can believe he was insecure at times because she was almost 23 years younger than him. And I am sure she had an affair with James Franco (I saw the video of them on that elevator).
