I've done tons of Googling/YouTubing on this topic and think it's so cool that you mentioned praying. I know I sometimes feel awkward talking about religion and worry I'll offend or weird people out, but way to just Romans 1:16 it the way you did! I know this is a year old but seriously after 1 year trying and doing nothing different besides drinking the green juice with only kale, celery, green apple and spinach I got pregnant. I was so please to watch this now and see I wasn’t the only one. I really believe that’s what helped me!

I think praying does help whether you’re religious or not LOL some great tips here I hope everyone gets pregnant if they want to it’s not an easy road and it is so individual so don’t beat yourself up and go seek help if you need to by a trusted doctor 💕 much love .
My husband and I don’t have children yet but are wanting to try . I had my Mirena Coil removed a couple of weeks ago and my period started 5 days ago, it’s light today . I haven’t had a period in like 6 years as I was on the pill for 2 years and the IUD for 3 years , so I had no idea where my cycle was other anything or how regular they are because I haven’t had one for so long ! It’s crazy .
I’m taking folic acid and both my husband and I are fit and well (I have epilepsy but I’m generally well). Please pray for us . Thank you for your tips and may God continue blessing you x
Highly recommend ovulation tests (Life@Home from Amazon) and tracking periods in an app (Ovia). So you can start making sense of your cycle. Plus it helps if you need to see your Doctor down the road. 😊

Hi! This is my first time watching your video and I subscribed!!! I little bit about me, I have been TTC for 9 months now, but I just started tracking my ovulation last month and I noticed I tested positive on my ovulation strip a week early from what the Ovia app predicted. So that could be a good indication of why I haven't conceived in the last 8 months. I am 9 DPO and I still have 10 more days till my period, so crossing fingers this month is it!! I'm going take note of your tips in hope to get pregnant next month if this month doesn't work out.:)

Thanks for the tips Amanda! So inspiring! I’m also into HIIT exercises and been doing this 4-5x a week. Do you keep doing intense HIIT during the 2 week wait? I read somewhere that we shouldn’t do strenuous exercise during this period

Hey congratulations!!! Thanks for all the tips.. I am on the path of trials now and I always think about what exercises to do after ovulation as you do not want to do rigorous training and harm the embryo.. Did you do the HIIT exercise even after ovulation?

A healthy embryo will stick no matter what. If it didn't because of exercise or whatever, it was defected and not meant to be anyway. Nature keeps the first weeks of pregnancy a mystery for a reason.
I have recently bought the ezlevel ovulation kit from Amazon just want to check will it help or need to take another of clear blue because you mentioned both so just want to confirm.
Priya Kotwani I had trouble reading the Amazon test that I purchased but you might have a different experience. It’s worth trying it! Definitely do the clear blue though - was so simple for me!
I am going to try this with my boyfriend soon to be my husband and we are going to get married this ready inspired me to do this.

I needed to calculate my ovulation day with a app and during that week we only had less sex ,that day when the egg appeared we will have sex and after sex I will put my feet up and let my body rest in the bed I'll be their about 30 mins and I will lay down and go to sleep I did this for my 3 kids and it work for me but this time around I want to come naturally not me struggling being upside down .....

Miche09 V awesome! I love the HEB juices! Yes was taking the garden of life vitamin code raw prenatal. It’s the huge pills but I think they’re worth it if you can swallow them...I got them on Amazon.

So question please because google isn't helping and I have no way to ask a doctor. So I had sex everyday six days before I ovulated then I had sex the day I ovulated and the day after. When should I take a test? How do I know if I need to take one or not? The day after I ovulated I had small little "cramps" on my left side. Advice?
You should probably wait about two weeks after you ovulated to test to get the most accurate results! Or you could wait until you expect your period and if it doesn’t come, then test! Good luck lady 💓💓
