I think it can also stem from a little too much time on the internet lol (The internet is wonderful but sometimes it brings the absolute worst in the best people). I’ve felt the same way you two have and it takes time and therapy to overcome those “roadblocks” in your mind. Most people in this world don’t mean you harm in any way we just manifest that in our mind. I would have terrible night terrors after my hatred towards myself and others became more than I could handle. I would dream of fighting family members I loved dearly but in those dreams they meant harm to me or others. I’d dream of doctors torturing me because I had many back surgeries from 14-19. I even dreamed that my own mother was one of those “doctors”. It was terrifying but when I finally went to therapy I began to allow people into my life. I learned to forgive myself for the big things and the many small things I could never let myself move past. I really am happy now and feel love for those around me and for the first time in many years I’m beginning to love myself. I know this was long and drawn out but I think my story can help people understand there psyche. Just know there are people that you can love/trust and they can love/trust you back even if they do you wrong or you do them wrong. It never necessarily means either of you mean harm to one another. It just means you’re human☺️.
