I had the same challenge with clogged valves using Orange. Trying Silca now, seems to be ok.

Okay, the vacuum / brake (guessing vac) tube from syringe to over the valve stem is rather genius. I like better mousetraps, so down to the local auto parts store I go. Thanks.🤙

Went from orange seal to orange seal endurance and non of the problems of the original formula so far. Just not sure how well it would handle a bigger hole on my all mountain bike so I might give the wtb a shot.

Interesting...I had used both formulas in the past but I will have to see what I have now...it was whatever the LBS sold. I think that tire plugs are a good thing regardless of sealant brand, for those bigger holes. Let me know how it works out.

I use orange seal my front never clogs but my rear clogs weekly.. I think it has to do with how well the rim is taped

i have to disagree here, wtb sealant is trash. i added a few oz every couple of months (its hot here, any type of sealant evaporates, fast!) and low and behold, i checked a tire that was off balance because the WTB stuff created what looked like a mix of wet cardboard and concrete. so i had to clean out 3 bike's worth of this sludge/trash product from my tires.
no issue w/ orange/stans/truckerco/and now "tire seal" (that orange gunk made for farmers).

it does do that...separates out over time. Sounds like you had a lot in there, maybe too much. But Orange Seal coats everything, then dries out in puddles of solid latex. Stan's used to make 'Stanimals'...maybe it still does. I heard from a good source that the Silca stuff is so thick and etc...dunno. I think "trash" might be a little harsh.
How about 'flawed'? Because they all are, or at least I have yet too find one that is not. When you do, let me know.

@@oldguyandabike i have used most of them. when i say "trash" you should see what i saw. how does white liquid turn into gray paste that looks like wet sawdust, i'll never know. may have actually dissolved the rubber tire.
