I ate the pizza, and the churros and the coffee freeze things every single day for lunch, and I was skinny as heck. Lol. It was my favorite part of the day.

I worked in a pizza place for three years, and the biggest tip i have for cutting a pizza evenly is keep your eye on the middle of the pizza. It creates much more consistent results (unless you have this device of course)
I worked at Pizza Hut years ago and we used a seesaw cutter. It’s like a very large curved symmetrical knife with handles on each side. You just push it down on the pizza and rock it back and forth one time. I loved it!

When i used to work at Batteriesplus, my homeboy who was manager, would hook us up for lunch every now and then with Costco pizza and they were surprisingly freakin good!! The crust was the perfect thickness, more on the thin side, and the sauce was seasoned properly!! Overall very tasty pizza!!!

Seems like it'd be better to have a sort of press that comes down from above that's spring loaded, so it stays retracted up top until you pull it down with force. And the press would have a star shaped blade on it. Bonus would be if the blade is actually retracted within the press itself. So the press comes down when you pull it, then in the last moment, the blade would extend from within the press (basically 2 actions happening). This would allow the press to have a cleaning sleeve on the outside, so it gets cleaned when it retracts back after use. And the sleeve could be easily popped off for a fresh one, so you could replace it after every X amount of pizzas and clean off the dirty one.

When you're cutting 300-500 pizzas per shift, you learn to cut it accurately without needing a guide. As a former Domino's manager, I would have checked, cut, boxed and racked that pizza before he'd even got to the second cut. But respect to anyone that works a labour intensive job for basic minimum wage.
