The wooden spatula should be used only to put pizza in oven then, you need a metal (and tinyer) spatula to rotate them in the oven and to remove them once they are ready. Your pizzas looks very good. È un'altra cosa, magari anche buona, ma deve avere un proprio nome ed una propria eventuale dignità. Altrimenti capita di vedere turisti che vengono a Roma e si lamentano contrariati che "questa non è la Carbonara" (sentiti con le mie orecchie più volte). È colpa loro? non credo. È colpa di tutti questi sciagurati che diffondono informazioni sbagliate 🤷🏻♂️
