My son now, he's 17 and he's put some miles on it too here recently.
The bridge pickup really reminded me about of Tomo’s playing. It makes sense considering Lemmo was one of Tomo’s but still
I always tune in to Lemmo on Tele Tuesdays. Keep em coming, they never get old. geia sou re giorgi haha

As always a stella performance. Wish I could have witnessed your show but what with the covid and all and also being on the other side of the world ( Africa) would have been a touch difficult. Imho Tele knobs look great on any guitar, but no other knobs look good on a Tele. Gotta be those flat tops or chrome domes. 😉

Hey M.Lemmo, thanks for the demo. I picked up a used 98/99 American Standard Telecaster a few months ago. It is Olympic White per the Fender Dude....looks Vintage White to me but....I came to hear the p/up's as mine came with the originals changed out for some noiseless of unknown era. They sound good to me, but I wanted to hear the originals.......now I have ( I believe ).........
Idea: Get some cool Norms Guitar pillows for couch.

He’s improvising a lot of the time but he’ll try to program a loop to solo over to show the different pickup sounds.
He plays songs a lot of times too,depends on whether he’s had time to prepare or not.

I have a '99 US Tele in aquamarine with r/w board. I LOVE it. I try to avoid the American Fenders with maple fretboards from mid/late 90s to mid-2000s because I have had several where the clear chipped off from the dots and around the frets.

Nearly all of the drop D tunes of Tom Morello’s career have been on the neck pick up of his American standard tele………so if it’s good enough for Tom….

I have a 1970 Stratocaster in white with rosewood fretboard. A 1995 Custom Shop Surf Green with maple neck. I can get a Hendrix tone with both of them. They are not for sale, they are priceless. I am so fortuntate, I feel sorry for the guys just starting out and trying to get a good tone.

@@Ottophil If you or your audience can hear that 100th of semitone difference in your vintage bridge and the modern one, especially after two or three beers, good on them...🙄
I can't help it, but I still miss Mark's sales playing for the year and type compared to Michael's superior playing.

100% agree. Michael is a far better player, but Mark played each guitar the way it was actually being played during the era it was released. Which created a sense of nostalgia. Which made me want to buy a guitar to play that certain style. Michael plays his unique style no matter what instrument he is holding. Which is awesome to hear.., but doesn’t inspire purchasing of said guitar. For me anyway. I can’t play like Michael.
I think allstopblue said it perfectly, Michael is a fantastic player doing his own thing, that's great. But he doesn't represent the guitars in a way that reflects the golden era of the instruments they're trying to sale. Since Norman's focuses on vintage guitars, shouldn't some of the demo's reflect the period they're from. Back away from the looper Michael, and just let it rip like Agnesi did, maybe he wasn't always technically correct, but the boy had heart in his playing!
