I had the same issue (verticle green line) in my Vivo x60 Pro. Vivo Service centre initially they told they cannot replace screen for free of cost since some small scratches found in my phone and asked rupees 12000 for screen replacement. After lot of conversation with service centre and customer care centre Vivo service centre has changed my screen for free of cost. Thanks for exposing this issue now lot of people may benefit.

OnePlus madurai service centre refuse to replace it because there is insufficient of spare parts, I asked them to place an other but they said; summit your mobile and pay the amount, it could be takes minimum 3 months to replace it. They also said, if you want immediately we suggest an authorised service centres. These official centres are collaborate with unauthorised centres and looting customers money, atlast end users are suffocated due to lack of hierarchy misguidance. TT & squad be aware of it 👍🏻

Last year I had full screen green issue in my OP 8 Pro. After lot of fight they changed it for free since no damage was there in mobile. Now Yesterday I got green line again. Actually panagal park service centre has spare parts for 1+8 , 9 series they didnt ask me anything or reminded me of if any water damages found the display wont be changed at free of cost...they just asked my affected 1+8 and they said it will take 10 days to replace ... i suggest to change your display,s at free of cost

I have OnePlus 8T and got one green line. Over phone service centre told currently screen replacement not available so will provide Rs. 27000 voucher. But after a week, when checked the service centre directly, they said now the screen stocks available and can change the screens. But all depends on stock availability.
