They need to buff the poison ability to make predators far less likely to attack. Like, a slow drain on their health after biting, and weakened stats, temporarily. Otherwise, the salamander doesn’t have many ways to defend itself. That’s how it works in reality, so idk why the developers couldn’t do this.
Fun fact! If you use all black on the default skin to make it look like the walking with dinosaurs koolasuchus, then switch to the koolaid skin without adjusting anything its the perfect look for a walking with monsters hynerpeton!
I am so glad more semi aquatic mods are being made its so much fun to use water creatures but when ya cant walk on land its such a pain to get to any fun spots in the rivers so legs makes that alot better. Also wonderful creature choice I love how cute the salamander is
