So called In Flames fans seem to spend more time bashing the band instead of supporting them. Don't like their performances or new releases then just stop watching them, don't have to let everyone know you don't like them, nobody cares. I've followed this band for years and they are still going strong and putting out some good records. Yes I agree. anders voice is quiet weak live these days, but people age, his voice isn't going to stay at the same level forever is it, that would explain the change in his singing style on this new album, he's most probably doing the best with what he has and he's doing a pretty good job, new stuff sounds promising. IN FLAMES WE TRUST \m/
The double bass sounds fucking insane
That was a powerful performance of an already very powerful song. I know, the stylistic change of In Flames is a hot topic, but personally I think Anders's style of singing encapsulates perfect what the song wants to say, if that makes any sense.

I don't really care for post-Jester Race In Flames but I'm not gonna constantly shit on the band for changing their sound to something more accessible. It's been 20 years, get over it! You know you can enjoy their early albums, right?
Much respect man, As a fan of all in flames Colony and onwards (plus select songs from before that) I get fed up of all the childish 'you suck' comments. It makes me ashamed to be an massive In Flames fan as the band has become so toxic. it's nice to see guys who don't like the new stuff point out that people can listen to the old In Flames without having to ruin everyone else's day with their opinion of the new stuff (and especially Anders' voice)

They can put them on a stage , no fire/lightshows/screens and it would still be one of the best shows you have ever seen. Without a doubt one of the best bands in the world who are seriously underrated

Anders sounds great. His screams and growls are better than ever, and they were great before. I am excited for they new album and hope it is full of melodies and solos because sirens charms wasn't. I respect them doing what they want though. I do also really hope they start playing old songs live again. I would love to hear anything from Lunar Strain or The Jester Race live. I would go fucking crazy if they started playing "Behind Space". I am a fan who loves their old stuff and their new stuff and just wants to hear it all live. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. I can't be the only one.

I'd like to see any of you manage to stay conscious with all that fire blasting right in front of you. It's difficult as it is to keep your breath doing vocals in front of thousands of people, but add extreme heat from a reaction that feeds off oxygen and even more breath loss is inevitable. Anders does a great job as well as the rest of the band. They changed their sound a long ass time ago and they've done nothing but improve. Get over yourselves or stay stuck in the 90s. In Flames we trust.

The band lost its original essence , they were kings from '96 to '00, very sad to realize this, the last record that i like is Clayman. I respect the band on their first albums, when i started listening to metal I listened to them all day

I can understand Anders being old and tired to constantly pull off his vocals, and I can get them changing their style. but for me all this emotional, immature, "you don't understand me" crap for teenagers to relate to is way too much.

i don't care much about "live" performance of a band as long as the tracks on the Studio Albums are good... this one is a 50/50 though... i like parts of it but it also has annoying parts, good enough for the MP3 player shuffle list at home, not good enough for the shuffle list in the car radio... and no fucking comparison to the early albums.

No way. I saw them live last year and they were incredible. They've got plenty left in them. And his voice is still great. He's not at a Phil Anselmo level of past it yet.

I saw them live in Munich two weeks ago, they're better than ever. Absolutely amazing.
They are still making great tunes, just because they can't do Take This Life like they used to doesn't mean its time to retire.
