From the perspective of the camera when they are deflecting don't go the way where the ball is think ahead to the point where they do deflect go right and make yourself big instead of left and only leaving your stick. Even if you do save it with your stick they will have a second effort. Keep up the good work.
Btw Alex, does your club buy for you all the gear? My club is supposed to do it, but they're always "out of money". Just saying that because all that obo set is really expensive, and for your videos I could say you had at least 2 couples of obo legguards and kickers. Thanks mate! I have a problem with my kickers,the little flap always comes out of my legguard, because it isn't the same set. (Legguards obo Yahoo, and kickers from a cheap one) Is it also normal if you feel hard balls through your kickers, sometimes they really hurt!?
It's not normal to get hurt by the ball through the kickers. You must be playing at a better level now as players are clearly striking the ball alot harder. I'd try to upgrade your kickers to match your OBO Yahoo legguards
How come you set with your hands so low? I've always been taught to set gloves up, some good saves there as well. Also do you play cricket by any chance? seem to be doing a lot of cricket logs
Yeah so I started playing football at a young age (7) and I learned everything really that I know about goalkeeping from just playing and watching football so alot of my techniques are football based. This is why my hands are low, kinda a bad habit but it works for me. Also yes, I played alot of cricket as a wicket keeper so sometimes the cricket log gets into my game
