This is a great video. I am surprised that this video is so hard to find when one is trying to research retargeting issues solutions. Glad that a kind soul sent it to me on discord. Would definitely pass it on to anyone facing this issue especially within move one test app
Really great video thanks. Also when i want to convert a pose the fastest way i've found is to simply apply the pose to the mesh and THEN apply the pose as rest pose then reparent the mesh back to the bones. this was one of the clearest ways i've seen this described so thank you very much!
Rokoko free version does not include re-tergating or at least i see that on their website for version 2.4 which is compatible to blender 3.5/3.6 so the version can do this is 20$ cost. I didn't test the old version is it working or compatible with newest version 3.6 of blender. If someone can check this and confirm it or tell me what they use for version 3.6, and sry I'm a bit new into this :)

i get this when applying the modifier Modifier cannot be applied to a mesh with shape keys
if this comes up then, in that same drop down menu, select, apply as shape keys
