Katie, with the economy the way it is I want quality for my money and this company isn't it. They sent this for your review and look at the screw up, sorry but I'll pass on them.
Love your reviews. It’s honestly why I go to your videos for new shops before I purchase from them. Craft-Ease is one of the shops I too was disappointed in. I just had some really bad quality drills. I won’t shop from them again. I don’t think they are that affordable given you’re spending around $50 for a 50x50 kit. Anyway, great review.

This is so refreshing - and the reason why I started bingewatching your videos. Now I just watched this one, and I wonder, if you ever got an answer and replacement for this kit? Thank you for always being so honest Katie!! I purchased 2 from them in the beginning of October and the boxes were smashed during shipment. Luckily it didn’t effect the canvases. My symbol sheets are just pieces of paper like the one in this video. The rendering on one of them is not good which I was extremely disappointed about. I have not started either of them yet, and I didn’t really look at the drills, but I’m going to go back and check them to make sure I got the correct ones.

Katie I commend you for even finishing this unboxing. They did a horrible job on what they sent you. I wouldn't have even been looking for a positive to give them. This would have been frustrating to the point of unbearable for me. Like you said....what if a complete newbie got this!!! I have said before that I won't be buying from them. I don't want to wait for correction or replacement. I want what I ordered so I can work on it when I get it and not 6 weeks later. Kudos to you for this video.
I have only purchased 1 kit from them and I was very disappointed in it. They had the company branding on the kit and there were some major gapping problems with the squares. They did send me a replacement, but I haven't looked at it in depth yet.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I appreciate your honesty and authenticity. If Craft Ease makes this right it wouldn’t be a deterrent for me. I really like this canvas and the AB placement (as you noted). I will come back and check on how this turns out.
I can hear the disappointment and heartbreak in your voice with regards to your recent (multiple) experiences with Craft-Ease. It sounds as though they are a company that is maybe struggling a bit with too many changes in a short time and in addition it seems as though they may be offering some more AI art for their convenience rather than paying artists. 😢 You are a rockstar for trying your best to find what can be done with a kit, but for paying customers it sounds like maybe this experience isn’t one a lot of people would want. I know you have a lot of obligations to a few different vendors that you work with, but I would be interested to see you look into some new or other small shops rather than try to make this specific relationship work.
